- This Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”) governs the processing of personal data by SGS. The Privacy Notice does not cover any third-party websites, applications, software, products, or services that integrate with SGS.

SGS is not responsible if any user submitted that is abusive, illegal, obscene, pornographic, threatening, disruptive, or otherwise improper. SGS has no liability or responsibility to you for the performance or nonperformance of such activities.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SGS, its officers, directors, employees, vendors, OEMs, suppliers, and agents, from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and damages of any nature whatsoever, including without limitation legal, accounting, and expert fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of SGS Websites and Mobile Applications or personal data you shared or your breach of the terms of this Agreement.
